Small size approx 1” curve available in left or right hand style   £30 each + P&P

(the middle knife from the picture above)

Flatter  Small size much more open blade great for finishing available left or

right hand style (The lowest knife from the picture above)    £30 each + P&P

Which knife to buy, most people buy there first knife to match their dominant knife hand,

It is recommended that you have one of each to allow you to work on both sides of the spoon bowl.
